FAQ

Below you’ll find some topics that often come up and we’ve added them to the page to address these questions.

Handicap and Accesability FAQ

Dear Friends and Fairgoers,

As we get closer to this year’s Red Lion Street Fair, we want to take a moment to share some important information regarding accessibility and parking — especially for those who have asked about designated handicap spaces.

Due to the unique layout of our event, which spans multiple closed streets throughout downtown Red Lion, we unfortunately cannot offer reserved handicap parking near vendor areas. The fair is designed as a large, walkable experience, and the very nature of the street closures prevents us from placing any parking within the event footprint.

We absolutely understand that this creates challenges for some guests, and we’re truly sympathetic. While we can’t create special parking zones within the fair itself, we encourage attendees with mobility concerns to plan ahead by:

  • Utilizing public lots or side-street parking just outside the event footprint

  • Arranging for drop-offs closer to the perimeter

  • Bringing personal mobility aids, as the event is paved and accessible for wheelchairs and walkers

We appreciate your understanding and your continued support as we work to make this a welcoming event for all, within the limits of what’s possible on closed downtown streets.

If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help however we can.
